Protect yourself from the sun apply sunscreen of at least SPF 30 that blocks both UVA and UVB rays. Long term sun exposure can cause early skin ageing with wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems. Make sure the label reads ‘noncomedogenic’ so that the product does not block pores. Apply sunscreen generously, and reapply every two hours
Do regular self examination of your entire skin at least once a month – to detect any new odd looking growth or spots, changing moles etc
